Saling Lapor, Istri dan Keluarga Mantan Wali Kota Ternate Ditetapkan Tersangka

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Istri mendiang mantan Wali Kota Ternate Burhan Abdurahman, Rosdiyana, sudah ditetapkan tersangka oleh penyidik Polres Ternate atas dugaan penganiayaan yang terjadi beberapa waktu lalu.

Tidak hanya Rosdiyana, pelapor dalam kasus ini, Runi Rahmatia, selaku keponakan dari mendiang Burhan Abdurahman juga telah ditetapkan oleh penyidik Polda Maluku Utara atas laporan penganiayaan yang dilaporkan Rosdiyana.

Ini disampaikan kuasa hukum Runi Rahmatia, Bahtiar Husni kepada sejumlah wartawan, Rabu (24/8) tadi.

“Berdasarkan gelar perkara yang dilakukan penyidik Polres Ternate terhadap laporan polisi LP/100/V/2022/Malut/Res-Ternate, di mana terlapir Rosdiayana telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka,” ujar Bahtiar.

Selaku kuasa hukum pelapor sangat mengapresiasi kinerja penyidik Polres Ternate.

Menurut Bahtiar, selain penetapan tersangka terhadap Rosdiyana, klien mereka Runi Rahmatia sebagai terlapor atas laporan Rosdiayana di Ditreskrimum Polda Malut dengan kasus tindak pidana penganiyaan juga telah ditingkatkan statusnya. Sehingga Runi Rahmatia juga telah ditetapkan tersangka.

Bahkan pemberitahuan penetapan tersangka telah disampaikan penyidik kepada pelapor dan terlapor, baik dari Polda maupun Polres Ternate.

“Kami sangat berharap agar ini tidak ada intervensi dan campur tangan dari pihak manapun. Kami berharap kepada Kapolda Malut dan Kapolres Ternate bisa melihat kasus ini, agar penyidikan ini lebih profesional tanpa harus ada intervensi,” harapnya.

Bahtian bilang, sejak awal kasus ini terjadi, pihaknya telah meminta kepada penyidik agar bisa melakukan mediasi kedua pihak belah pihak agar dikedepankan //restorativ justice// dalam perkara ini. Akan tetapi itu tidak pernah diindakan atau didudukan antara pelapor dan terlapor untuk dilakukan mediasi.

“Karena apa pun itu, ini adalah keluarga antara mantan Walikota Ternate Burhan Abdurahman dengan keponakannya,” tandasnya.

Sementara itu, baik Polda maupun Polres Ternate yang belum memberikan konfirmasi terkait penetapan tersangka dalam perkara ini.

Sebelumnya, insiden itu terjadi di Restoran Grand Fatma, Kelurahan Moya, Kecamatan Ternate Tengah, Sabtu 25 Mei 2022 lalu. Atas kejadian itu, Rosdiyana kemudian membuat laporan polisi di Ditreskrimum Polda Malut.

Dugaan penganiayaan tersebut diduga dipicu oleh masalah pembagian harta peninggalan mantan Wali Kota Ternate tersebut. Bermula ketika keluarga dekat mendiang Burhan Abdurahman mendatangi Restoran Grand Fatma dan mengambil sejumlah fasilitas di dalam Restoran yang sementara ini dikuasai oleh Rosdiyana.

Hal ini kemudian terjadi cekcok hingga dugaan terjadi penganiayaan. (gon/ask)
