Jemput Ganja, Seorang Karyawan Swasta di Kota Ternate Diciduk Polisi

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Satu karyawan swasta di Kota Ternate ditangkap Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polres Ternate saat mengambil Narkoba jenis ganja. Karyawan swasta berinisial RS (25) itu merupakan warga Kelurahan Kalumata, Kecamatan Ternate Selatan.  

RS diciduk pada Sabtu (21/1) sekitar pukul 22.50 WIT malam. Ia ditangkap tak jauh dari tempat kosnya.

Kapolres Ternate, AKBP Andik Purnomo Sigit melalui Kasi Humas, Iptu Wahyuddi mengungkapkan, penangkapan RS bermula ketika tim Resmob Unit 1 yang dipimpin Bripka Soedharmono mendapatkan informasi dari masyarakat bahwa adanya transaksi Narkoba di Kelurahan Kalumata.

Setelah mendapatkan informasi tersebut, tim Resmob langsung bergerak melakukan pengintaian di lokasi pelaku. Tak lama mengintai, tim Resmob melihat pelaku mengambil sebuah kantong kresek berwarna hitam menggunakan kakinya.

Barang bukti ganja saat diamankan polisi

”Melihat hal tersebut, tim langsung mengamankan pelaku dan barang bukti sebanyak 18 paket kecil yang diduga berisi ganja,” kata Wahyuddin kepada wartawan, Senin (23/1).

Setelah diamankan, pelaku kemudian diinterogasi dan dilakukan pengembangan di tempat kosnya. Pada saat pengembangan ditemukan barang bukti berupa satu sacet bening diduga ganja, satu buah timbangan, satu buah korek api dan satu buah botol minuman air mineral. Pelaku mengakui jika barang tersebut miliknya.

Pelaku dan barang bukti selanjutnya diamankan ke Polres Ternate untuk dimintai keterangan lebih lanjut.

”Atas perbuatnnya, tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat (1) atau Pasal 111 ayat (1) UU Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman paling sedikit 4 tahun penjara,” jelasnya.

Wahyuddin juga menegaskan, pihaknya sampai saat ini masih melakukan penyelidikan guna mengungkap tersangka lainnya. (gon/ask)
