PENA – Panitia khusus (Pansus) DPRD Provinsi Maluku Utara menemukan adanya ketidaksesuaian data realisasi anggaran di beberapa SKPD yang berbeda dengan Laporan Keterangan Pertanggung Jawaban (LKPJ) Gubernur.
Bukan hanya itu, Pansus juga dibuat kebingungan dengan penyusunan dokumen LKPJ. Dalam dokumen tersebut, sebagian SKPD menggunakan target kinerja dan sebagiannya lagi menggunakan target penganggaran.
Padahal, dalam aturan Permendagri Nomor 18 tahun 2020, yang harus digunakan dalam penyusunan LKPJ adalah target kinerja.
“Hal ini membuat kami bimbamg, bagaimana mau buat rekomendasi terhadap LKPJ nanti,” ujar Sekretaris Pansus LKPJ DPRD Malut, Erwin Umar kepada wartawan, Senin (19/4).
Oleh karena itu, kata dia, pihaknya bersepakat bakal mengembalikan dokumen LKPJ tahun 2020 agar diperbaiki kembali.
Terkait kapan akan dikembalikan dokumen pertanggung jawaban Gubernur itu, pihaknya harus melihat SKPD lain yang belum dimintai klarifikasi. Saat ini baru empat SKPD yang dipanggil, yakni Keuangan, Bappeda, Dinkes, dan RSUD CB.
“Nanti kita lihat perkembangan dengan dinas yang lain, apakah datanya tidak valid juga atau seperti apa. Kalau tidak valid semua ya mau dan tidak mau kita harus kembalikan untuk diperbaiki,” tegasnya. (Red)
