PENA – Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kota Ternate didesak untuk membuka database penerimaan Dana Insentif Daerah oleh Fraksi Partai NasDem DPRD Kota Ternate.
“Sesuai arahan Wali Kota Ternate proses pendistribusian DID kepada para penerima bantuan tersebut usai 9 Desember kemarin, berlaku di sejumlah SKPD yang menangani DID terutama Dinas Koperasi dan UKM. Sesuai data itu sebanyak 9000 penerima yang menerima anggaran senilai Rp 2,400.000. Sehingga harus ada trasnparansi database penerima bantuan tersebut dan diinformasikan ke publik atau DPRD sebagai keterwakilan masyarakat,” tegas Ketua Fraksi NasDem DPRD Kota Ternate Nurlaela Syarif, Rabu (23/12).
Menurut Nurlela, harus ada keterbukaan informasi terkait bantuan ini agar dapat diketahui siapa saja penerima bantuan tersebut. Dari situ baru diketahui apakah penerima bantuan tersebut sudah layak atau belum.
Selain itu, lanjut Nurlela, pihaknya juga harus mengetahui dengan jelas apakah bantuan tersebut benar-benar terdistribusi kepada penerima yang telah terdaftar, apakah sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku atau tidak.
Nurlela juga mengaku, selama ini sistem database di Kota Ternate sangat lemah dan terkesan tiba saat tiba akal, maka penting untuk dibuka ke publik.
”Kami akan terus menekan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM untuk transparan terkait bantuan ini. Selain itu kami juga akan terus mengontrol penyaluran DID ini, benar-benar tersalurkan ke pelaku usaha yang terdampak Covid-19,” tegasnya.
Pihakn Fraksi NasDem yang terwakili di Komisi II DPRD Kota Ternate akan segera meminta data penerima penyaluran DID untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi agar jangan sampai peruntukannya tidak tepat sasaran, karena ada faktor-faktor yang tak sesuai prosedur ini lebih dominan dari mekanisme pembagian bantuan tersebut
“Ini bantuan dari APBN dengan nilai Rp 14 miliar untuk sejumlah SKPD di Kota Ternate, sehingga diharapkan masyarakat juga ikut memantau dan kami juga akan bersama-sama mengawal peruntukannya agar dinas tak salah dalam pembagiannya,” tegas Nurlela. (*)
