PENA – Polemik mobil Alphard yang digunakan Gubernur Maluku Utara, Abdul Gani Kasuba, sebagai kendaraan dinas disebut-sebut tak dianggarkan lewat APBD Induk 2019.
Namun belakangan ini ditepis Kepala Biro Umum Setda Malut, Jamaluddin Wua, bahwa mobil tersebut benar dianggarkan lewat APBD Perubahan 2019, bukan APBD Induk 2019.
“Itu dianggarkan di APBD Perubahan 2019. Jadi induk 2019, diubah ke perubahan,” kata Jamaluddin saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Selasa (23/3).
Menurut dia, terkait pernyataannya ke beberapa wartawan bahwa mobil Alphard tersebut miliknya dan hanya dipinjam pakai Gubernur AGK hanyalah bersifat candaan.
“Sebenarnya itu hanya baku terek (candaan) saja. Hanya dipolemikkan,” tandasnya.
Ia bilang, persoalan tersebut juga telah dijelaskan ke Komisi I DPRD Malut saat dipanggil beberapa waktu lalu. Bahkan, kata dia, BPK sudah memeriksa terkait pengadaan mobil tersebut.
Jamaluddin berujar, mobil tersebut dianggarkan awal lewat APBD Induk 2019, kemudian dianggarkan lagi lewat APBD Perubahan 2019. Ada beberapa mobil yang dianggarkan lewat APBD Perubahan, hanya saja ia tak ingat betul jumlahnya.
“Kalau tidak salah ada sekitar empat mobil. Mobil apa saja saya lupa, mesti lihat di dokumen. Jangan sampai saya salah bilang,” tuturnya.
“Pada intinya mobil itu ada dan dianggarkan lewat APBD,” pungkasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, dalam pemberitaan sebelumnya, Jamaluddin menyampaikan kepada wartawan bahwa kendaraan dinas yang dipakai Gubernur AGK saat itu masih layak. Sehingga belum saatnya dilakukan pengadaan.
Bahkan dalam APBD Induk 2019 hanya tertera beberapa mobil yang diadakan, diluar dari mobil Alphard yang digunakan Gubernur. Namun perjalanannya, mobil Alphard itu diadakan lewat APBD Perubahan 2019. (Red)
