PENAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Komisi III DPRD Provinsi Maluku Utara bersama Dinas PUPR Malut meninjau salah satu proyek jembatan dan jalan Ibu-Kedi di Kabupaten Halmahera barat, Sabtu (11/6).
Megaproyek yang dianggarkan melalui dana pinjaman PT. SMI sebesar Rp 67.545.000.000 dan dikerjakan oleh PT. Maluku Bangun Jaya Sakti itu progresnya sudah mencapai 70 persen.
Ketua Komisi III DPRD Malut, Rusihan Jafar kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) menyampaikan, pada bulan Agustus nanti, seluruh pekerjaan yang sumber pembiayaan dari SMI sudah harus selesai. Untuk itu, diharapkan kepada Dinas PUPR sesegera mungkin melakukan pencairan.
“Kita juga berharap Dinas PUPR agar supaya memproses tahap pencarian berikutnya, sehingga pekerjaan yang ada di lapangan itu bisa dapat diselesaikan oleh pihak ketiga dan kewajiban pemerintah juga dapat dilaksanakan,” pintanya.
Sementara PPK pekerjaan jalan dan jembatan Ibu-Kedi, Daud Ismail mengungkapkan, sesuai hasil perhitungan kemarin, hingga hari ini sudah di angka 70 persen dengan total efektifnya direncanakan 18 km.
Dari item pekerjaan yang ada, jika memang dilihat dari pokok pekerjaan yang paling banyak adalah pada pekerjaan tanah lebih besar. Namun pekerjaannya sudah capai 70 km, yang didalamnya terdiri dari tiga jembatan.
“Tadi kita lihat baru satu jembatan yang sudah selesai 100 persen, sementara duanya itu, rangka bajanya dalam perjalanan ke sini,” katanya.
Kabid Bina Marga PUPR ini menyatakan, secara fungsional, pihaknya menargetkan paling lambat di akhir tahun 2022, proyek tersebut suda bisa digunakan. Bahkan diberikan warning kepada kontraktor
Selain itu, sesuai prosedurnya Dinas PUPR telah mengirimkan surat permintaan pencairan tahap ke III ke SMI. Tinggal dari pihak SMI melakukan verifikasi terhadap dokumen yang disampaikan.
“Sekarang kita lagi proses pencairan ketiga. Memang dikontrak kita kemarin atas persetujuan SMI dapat diperpanjang sampai pada bulan November. Target kami itu bulan Agustus sudah harus selesai. Tinggal setelah itu satu bulan sisanya pekerjaan finishing,” pungkasnya. (ano/ask)
